Exchange
✔ All the items (except earrings) can be exchanged during 14 days after purchase, whether they were bought online or from stores. If an item was purchased from the store it should be exchanged in the store from which it was bought. All the products, purchased online, can be exchanged only in the TI'ME store located on North Avenue 5.
Returns
✔ All products bought from TI'ME stores, time.am or PANDORA.am websites are not eligible for return, as well as earrings and gift cards.
Refunds
✔ Taking into account that jewelry purchased from stores, PANDORA.am and time.am websites are not subject to return, no refunds are made for them either.
Order cancellation
✔ The order can be canceled before its delivery. If the delivery is on the way, the order cannot be canceled.
Customized orders
✔ Customers will have the option to customize their orders by ordering an engraving to be made on the item. Those kinds of items are not eligible for refund.
